La variation du profil sur la plage d’Agigea institut
Keywords:
beaches and wave parameters, hydrodynamic threshold, erosion and deposition processesAbstract
The author establishes the relations between different beaches and wave parameters. It comes out that exists a hydrodynamic threshold, delimiting the erosion and deposition processes. At Agigea beach, this threshold corresponds to one hydrodynamic regime generated by breaker waves of 40 to 50cm high, and the frequence of 10 to 11 waves per minute.
