Abstract

The aim of this paper includes the possibilities of applying the electrophoresis to the fish study in the working conditions on board a trawler in operation. The tests used species already well-known from the taxonomic view-point. The results got on board the vessel have been checked up by similar analyses carried out at our institute, on the samples collected in the fishing area preserved at -20°C. It has been concluded it is possible to conduct electrophoresis analyses on board a trawler thus enlarging the future of the fishery resources research.
