Abstract

The accommodation capacity of Rhodomonas lens to develop its life cycle in sea water influenced by wastes is presented. The wastes additioned to sea water ranging within 1-20 ml % had satisfied nutritional requests of the species. The chlorophyll a and cellular density were rather at the same level in the control and experimented variants, too. The growth of both heterotrophic bacteria and Rhodomonas as well as the speed or the selectivity of different nitrogen compounds absorption are discussed.
