Energy aspects of the wind profile structure over the wave field

Using the wave movement induced difference UW between the logarithmic and real wind velocity profile the energy flux is calculated. The flux sign changes when shifting from generation to attenuation cases. Its magnitude agrees with that computed from consecutive wave energy spectra and^ depends, together with other profile parameters, on UW and C10.
