Abstract

The amylasic activity in hepatopancreas, stomach, salivary gland„ mantle, foot and whole body of Rapana thomasiana Grosse, was tested. The amylase extracted from hepatopancreas was optimal pH of action at 6.2 and 7.8 and the optimal temperature at 30°C.
