Characterization of antihyaluronidasic activity from marine organisms.

Bioactive preparations with an intense antihyaluronidasic activity, given by the chemical compound which enter in their composition (glycogen, hexoses, microelements and free amino acids), have beer, obtained from four fish species of the Black Sea: Alosa Tanaica nordmanni, Odontogradus merlangus euxinus, Engraulis encrascicholus ponticus, Sprattus sprattus, from a cephalopod (Loligo pealei) and a crustacean (Euphausia superba dana) both from the Atlantic Ocean.
