Abstract

The paper is presenting preliminary data on some natural inhibitors of pepsin, trypsin and chymotrypsin in the protein extracts from Actinia aeguina. Rapana thomasiana, Scrnalus acanthias, Odontogadus merlangus euxinus and Engraulis encrassicholus ponticus.
